Refund & Return Policy

At Shameless Shirts, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Because our products are print-on-demand, we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues, so please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shamelesstees.contact@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
